Changing world ....
"About one in four Internet users (24%) have downloaded a movie. This behavior is
much more common in Korea, where almost six out of ten Internet users (58%) have
reportedly downloaded movies." as was quoted by a recent press release, in pdf
from The Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA).
The press release is dishing up figures that indicate an increasing number of people download movies from the internet. This is an alarming fact for the MPAA because the same people admit to visit cinema's less frequently.
I believe that the report shows us that broadband internet, not widely available just yet, WILL gain on importance also as a medium for entertainment to name just one thing.
